Job Overview:
CCS Construction Staffing is hiring Construction Laborers for a new office building project in Holladay, TN. Candidates must be dependable, hardworking, and able to assist carpenters by organizing and preparing framing materials on site.

Work Scope Includes:

• Organizing and laying out pieces of the frame on the ground for carpenters

• Assisting carpenters and skilled trades with daily tasks

• Moving and handling materials around the job site

• Helping with site cleanup and general labor duties

• Following all site safety procedures

Requirements:

• Previous construction experience preferred but not required

• Must be able to perform physical labor

• Full PPE required (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, vest, steel-toe boots)

• Reliable transportation

• Ability to follow directions and work as part of a crew

• Drug test required prior to start
