Job Overview:

CCS Construction Staffing is hiring HVAC Mechanics for a project in Gainesville, FL. The work will focus strictly on duct work installation—no insulation work required. Candidates should be dependable, safety-minded, and able to work efficiently with minimal supervision.

Work Scope Includes:

• Installing sheet metal ductwork according to specifications

• Measuring, cutting, and assembling duct components

• Hanging duct in ceilings and wall spaces

• Coordinating with other trades to complete installation

• Following all safety protocols and maintaining a clean work area

Requirements:

• 3+ years of HVAC duct installation experience preferred

• Must have own hand tools and full PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, vest, steel-toe boots)

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints

• Reliable transportation

• OSHA 10 preferred (certification assistance available)
