Job Overview:

CCS Construction Staffing is hiring Construction Laborers for a project in Rainbow City, AL. The main responsibility will be performing site cleanup work and assisting crews with general labor tasks as needed.
Work with someone who’s just as motivated as you are to land the job.

Work Scope Includes:

• Cleaning up debris, scrap materials, and job site waste

• Sweeping and organizing work areas

• Assisting skilled trades as directed

• Moving and staging materials around the site

• Following OSHA and site-specific safety procedures

Requirements:

• Previous construction or general labor experience preferred

• Must have full PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, vest, steel-toe boots)

• Reliable transportation

• Ability to perform physically demanding work in varying weather conditions

• Positive attitude and ability to follow directions
