Job Overview:
CCS Construction Staffing is hiring experienced HVAC Mechanics for a commercial project in Tampa, FL. We’re looking for dependable, skilled mechanics who can handle all phases of HVAC installation safely and efficiently.

Work Scope Includes:

• Hanging and installing ductwork according to project specifications

• Hanging straps and supports for ductwork and HVAC units

• Setting equipment, making connections, and performing test start-ups as needed

• Reading and interpreting mechanical drawings and layouts

• Following all site safety protocols and maintaining a clean, organized jobsite

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of commercial HVAC experience

• Proven experience with duct installation and hanging straps

• Must have own hand tools, impact drill, and full PPE (hard hat, high-visibility vest, gloves, safety glasses, work boots)

• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
