Job Overview:

CCS Construction Staffing is hiring Experienced HVAC Mechanics for a military base project in Panama City, FL. We’re specifically seeking sheet metal duct installers with the skills and professionalism to work on secure, high-standard government sites.

Work Scope Includes:

• Installing rectangular and round sheet metal ductwork

• Hanging duct, setting supports, and sealing connections

• Reading and following mechanical drawings and layout plans

• Working with a team to meet deadlines on a government-regulated jobsite

• Following strict safety and quality standards

Requirements:

• 2+ years of HVAC sheet metal installation experience

• Must have experience with duct layout and installation

• Must have own hand tools and full PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, vest, steel-toe boots)

• OSHA 10 preferred (certification assistance available)

• Reliable transportation

• Ability to pass any required background checks for base access
