Job Overview:
CCS Construction Staffing is now hiring entry-level Construction Laborers for commercial projects in Portland, TX. We’re looking for green level workers who are reliable, safety-minded, and ready to learn. You’ll be supervised at all times by experienced team members and foremen who will guide you through each task.

Work Scope Includes:

• Supporting skilled trades on various tasks around the job site

• Performing general site cleanup and basic labor work

• Climbing ladders safely to assist with work at height

• Using basic tools and equipment as directed

• Following instructions from your foreman and crew leads at all times

• Maintaining a safe and clean work area

Requirements:

• Must have experience reading a tape measure

• Must be able to safely and properly climb ladders

• Must be willing and open to listen to and follow all directions from the foreman

• Must have full PPE (hard hat, high-visibility vest, gloves, safety glasses, work boots)

• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic

• Ability to work as part of a team and take direction well
