Job Overview:
CCS Construction Staffing is hiring Sheet Metal HVAC Helpers for a brand new commercial building project in Southern Pines, NC. We’re looking for motivated helpers with 2–4 years of experience ready to assist mechanics with ductwork and sheet metal tasks safely and efficiently.

Work Scope Includes:

• Assisting with installation and fabrication of sheet metal ductwork

• Supporting mechanics with layout, hanging duct, and securing hangers

• Following instructions, learning new skills, and working independently when needed

• Keeping work areas clean and organized while following all safety protocols

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of sheet metal/HVAC helper experience

• Must have own basic hand tools and full PPE (hard hat, high-visibility vest, gloves, safety glasses, work boots)

• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic

• Ability to work well with a team and follow direction
