Job Overview:
CCS Construction Staffing is hiring experienced Heavy Equipment Operators for a commercial project in Austin, TX. We’re looking for dependable, safety-minded operators who can handle trenching and excavation work for underground electrical conduit installation.

Work Scope Includes:

• Performing excavation and trenching work in sections

• Digging a section, installing electrical conduit, passing inspection, then backfilling and moving to the next section

• Working with mini excavators, skid steers, backhoes, or other heavy equipment as needed

• Following site-specific safety procedures and equipment operation guidelines

• Assisting the crew as needed to keep work moving efficiently

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of heavy equipment operation experience

• Must be experienced with trenching/excavation for electrical conduit installation

• Must have valid operator certifications, if required

• Must have full PPE (hard hat, high-visibility vest, gloves, safety glasses, work boots)

• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic

• Ability to work independently and as part of a crew
