Job Overview:
CCS Construction Staffing is hiring experienced heavy industrial electricians (EL3) and a helper for a heavy industrial site in Martinville, LA. We’re looking for dependable electricians with strong industrial experience and a helper who’s eager to learn and support the team.

Work Scope Includes:

• Hooking up NCCs and motors

• Bending and installing rigid conduit

• Pulling cable and performing terminations as needed

• Reading and interpreting industrial electrical blueprints and layouts

• Maintaining a safe, organized work area and following all site safety protocols

Requirements:

• EL3 electricians: Proven heavy industrial electrical experience required

• Helper: Can be a bit green but must be willing to learn and follow directions

• Must have own hand tools and full PPE (hard hat, safety vest, gloves, safety glasses, work boots)

• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
