Job Overview:
CCS Construction Staffing is hiring an experienced Pipe Fitter for a temp-to-hire position in Graham, NC. We’re looking for someone dependable who knows the basics, can work with minimal supervision, and is comfortable handling a variety of service calls.

Work Scope Includes:

• Performing pipe fitting work for hot water and chilled water piping systems, boilers, and related equipment

• Running, installing, and repairing piping as needed for service calls

• Reading and interpreting mechanical drawings, schematics, and layouts

• Working independently in the field with limited direct supervision — but must be open to additional training if needed

• Following all site safety protocols and maintaining a clean, organized work area

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a pipe fitter (service experience preferred)

• Solid understanding of basic pipe fitting and mechanical systems

• Must have own hand tools and full PPE (hard hat, safety vest, gloves, safety glasses, work boots)

• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic

• Ability to work independently and follow directions

• Must be ready for a temp-to-hire opportunity for the right long-term fit
