Job Overview:
CCS Construction Staffing is hiring construction laborers for a school project in Tampa, FL. We’re looking for reliable, hard-working individuals ready to help keep the jobsite running smoothly and safely. A valid JLA badge is required.

Work Scope Includes:

• Digging and trenching as needed for site preparation

• General site clean-up and material handling

• Supporting other trades and tasks as needed

• Following all school safety protocols and maintaining a clean, organized work area

Requirements:

• Prior construction or general labor experience preferred

• Must have a valid JLA badge (or be in the process of obtaining one)

• Must have full PPE (hard hat, safety vest, gloves, safety glasses, work boots)

• Able to lift, carry, and work outdoors in varying conditions

• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic

• Ability to follow direction and work as part of a team
