Job Overview:
CCS Construction Staffing is hiring experienced HVAC Mechanics for a commercial project in Kettering, OH. We’re looking for dependable, knowledgeable mechanics who can install and hang ductwork safely and efficiently with minimal supervision.

Work Scope Includes:

• Installing and hanging sheet metal ductwork

• Reading and interpreting mechanical drawings and layouts

• Setting hangers, supports, and HVAC equipment as needed

• Following all site safety protocols and maintaining a clean, organized jobsite

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of commercial HVAC experience, especially with duct installation

• Must have own hand tools and full PPE (hard hat, safety vest, gloves, safety glasses, work boots)

• Ability to work independently or with a small crew

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and transportation
