Job Overview:
CCS Construction Staffing is hiring licensed Journeyman Plumbers for apartment finish out projects in Tampa, FL. We’re looking for experienced plumbers who can work independently, troubleshoot effectively, and deliver quality work on high-volume residential projects.

Work Scope Includes:

• Installing, fitting, and connecting PVC and copper piping

• Performing rough-ins, trim-outs, and setting fixtures

• Troubleshooting leaks and making repairs as needed

• Reading and interpreting blueprints and plumbing layouts

• Ensuring all work meets local codes and project specs

Requirements:

• Must be a licensed Journeyman Plumber (Florida)

• Proven experience with apartment or multi-unit finish outs

• Skilled in working with PVC, copper, and fixture installation

• Must have own hand tools and full PPE (hard hat, safety vest, gloves, safety glasses, work boots)

• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic

• Ability to work independently and follow directions
