Job Overview:
CCS Construction Staffing is seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator for a commercial project in Round Rock, TX. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience operating a mini excavator and skid steer, and be capable of working safely and efficiently in a fast-paced jobsite environment.

Work Scope Includes:

• Operating mini excavators and skid steers for site prep and material handling

• Digging, trenching, and grading as directed

• Performing daily equipment checks and reporting issues

• Supporting general site work and clean-up when not operating equipment

• Following safety procedures and project guidelines

Requirements:

• Proven experience operating mini excavators and skid steers

• Current operator certifications preferred

• Must have own PPE (hard hat, safety vest, gloves, glasses, boots)

• Ability to follow directions and work with minimal supervision

• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
