Job Overview:
CCS Construction Staffing is hiring experienced HVAC Mechanics to assist with multiple projects across the Cincinnati, OH area. Mechanics will be responsible for installing square and spiral ductwork, working independently and according to project plans and mechanical drawings.

Work Scope Includes:

• Installing square and spiral sheet metal ductwork

• Setting hangers, supports, and grilles

• Following mechanical blueprints and layout specifications

• Performing duct sealing and insulation as needed

• Maintaining safety standards and cleanliness across jobsites

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of commercial HVAC installation experience

• Skilled in reading and interpreting blueprints

• Must have own tools and full PPE (hard hat, safety vest, gloves, glasses, boots)

• Reliable transportation for travel between job sites in Cincinnati

• Ability to work independently and follow foreman direction
