Job Overview:
CCS Construction Staffing is hiring an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician for work in Lake Park, FL. We’re looking for a skilled technician who can troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial HVAC systems. Qualified candidates will be provided with a company truck for daily service calls.

Work Scope Includes:

• Diagnosing and servicing commercial HVAC systems

• Performing routine maintenance and emergency repairs

• Using gauges, meters, leak detectors, and other diagnostic tools

• Running complete diagnostic tests to identify and resolve issues

• Completing service documentation accurately and professionally

• Communicating with clients and office staff to coordinate repairs

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of commercial HVAC service experience

• Must have own gauges, meter, leak detectors, and hand tools

• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

• Valid driver's license with clean driving record (No DUI)

• Must have full PPE (hard hat, safety vest, gloves, glasses, boots)

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
