Job Overview:
CCS Construction Staffing is hiring experienced HVAC Mechanics for a school project in Crescent City, FL. This project focuses on HVAC installation work inside an active school facility. No JLA badge is required for this job.

Work Scope Includes:

• Installing and hanging sheet metal ductwork (rectangular, spiral, flex)

• Installing hangers, supports, grilles, HVAC units, and curbs

• Reading and interpreting mechanical blueprints and layouts

• Sealing and insulating duct systems to ensure energy efficiency

• Following safety protocols and maintaining a clean work environment

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of commercial HVAC experience

• Experience working on school projects preferred

• Must have own tools and full PPE (hard hat, safety vest, gloves, glasses, boots)

• Reliable transportation and strong attendance

• Ability to work independently and follow direction
