Job Overview:
CCS Construction Staffing is hiring skilled HVAC mechanics with a focus on sheet metal installation for a commercial project in St. Cloud, FL. We’re looking for dependable installers who can work independently and know how to install sheet metal ductwork from layout without instruction.

Work Scope Includes:

• Installing sheet metal ductwork from layout

• Using tools such as snips, drills, and standard sheet metal tools

• Reading and interpreting mechanical drawings and blueprints

• Working independently or as part of a crew

• Following jobsite safety and quality standards

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of HVAC/sheet metal installation experience

• Must be able to work without instruction once layout is complete

• Must have own tools, including snips, drill, and basic sheet metal hand tools

• Must have full PPE (hard hat, vest, gloves, glasses, boots)

• Reliable transportation and strong attendance
