Job Overview:
CCS Construction Staffing is hiring skilled HVAC mechanics for a commercial project in Gulf Breeze, FL. Candidates must have hands-on experience with ductwork installation and other HVAC-related tasks. We’re looking for dependable individuals who can work efficiently and safely in a team environment.

Work Scope Includes:

• Installing and hanging sheet metal ductwork (rectangular and spiral)

• Reading and following mechanical drawings and layout plans

• Assisting with HVAC system installation and setup

• Sealing and insulating ducts for performance and efficiency

• Maintaining a clean and safe jobsite

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of HVAC installation experience

• Must have own tools and full PPE (hard hat, vest, gloves, glasses, boots)

• Ability to work independently and follow instructions

• Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
