Job overview:
CCS Construction Staffing is hiring experienced HVAC / sheet metal mechanics for a commercial project in Indianapolis, IN. Candidates must be skilled in running and installing ductwork and capable of working independently or with a crew. Immediate openings available for qualified tradespeople.

Work scope includes:

• Running and installing sheet metal ductwork (rectangular and spiral)

• Reading and interpreting mechanical drawings and layouts

• Securing duct systems using proper hangers and supports

• Assisting with setting HVAC units and related equipment

• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe jobsite

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of HVAC or sheet metal installation experience

• Must have experience with duct installation

• Must have own tools and full PPE (hard hat, safety vest, gloves, glasses, boots)

• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic

• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
