CCS Construction Staffing is actively hiring experienced electricians for residential projects in the Charlotte, NC area. We’re looking for dependable tradesmen with a solid background in residential electrical installations who can work independently and contribute to high-quality jobsite performance.

Job Scope:

• Residential rough-in and finish work

• Install and connect outlets, switches, and light fixtures

• Pull wire, run and bend conduit

• Interpret residential blueprints and follow layout

• Ensure compliance with NEC codes and jobsite safety protocols

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of residential electrical experience

• Own hand tools and PPE

• Ability to read blueprints and perform tasks independently

• Reliable transportation

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail

• Must pass background check and drug screening

CCS does not offer on-the-job training. Only experienced electricians will be considered.
