CCS Construction Staffing is seeking skilled Welders in Greensboro, NC for a full-time opportunity. We’re looking for dependable professionals with TIG, MIG, and Stick welding experience and strong attention to detail. Candidates must be able to work safely, meet quality standards, and follow directions with minimal supervision.

Job Duties:

• Perform TIG, MIG, and Stick welding based on project requirements

• Set up welding machines accordingly

• Read and interpret blueprints to determine welding needs

• Layout and weld heavy metal structures from start to finish

• Provide attention to detail and maintain quality assurance

• Assist team members to enhance productivity and efficiency

• Assemble components as directed by shop foreman

• Prepare completed product for shipment

• Follow all safety rules and company protocols

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 2–5 years of hands-on welding experience

• Ability to follow written and verbal directions

• Strong teamwork and independent work capability

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including potential overtime

• Ability to read, write, and complete job-related documentation

• Forklift operation ability (at applicable locations)

• Must pass drug screen, background check, and meet driving record standards
