Position Overview:
CCS Construction Staffing is seeking skilled HVAC Sheet Metal Mechanics for commercial projects in Lakewood Ranch, FL. This role involves installing, fabricating, and assembling ductwork systems for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning in commercial buildings. Candidates should be proficient in reading blueprints, using hand and power tools, and ensuring installations meet industry standards.

Job Responsibilities:

• Measure, cut, and install sheet metal ductwork according to specifications

• Assemble and secure ducts using screws, bolts, and welds

• Inspect installations for accuracy and compliance with codes

• Collaborate with other trades and project managers to ensure timely completion

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in HVAC sheet metal installation

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

• Proficiency with hand and power tools

• Must bring own tools and full PPE

• Reliable transportation

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail

• OSHA 10 certification is a plus
