The ideal candidate will have strong field experience with ground-up residential construction, be able to read and execute plans, and lead a crew with minimal supervision. Organization, communication, and leadership are key for this role.

Job Title: Residential Electrician Foreman
Location: Hobe Sound, FL

Responsibilities:

• Lead the electrical scope of ground-up residential construction projects

• Read and interpret plans and complete small jobs (8–40 hours) with little or no supervision

• Manage and motivate a team of apprentices and ensure an effective, positive work environment

• Communicate daily with Project Manager and Superintendent regarding progress, supplies, and scheduling

• Notify PM in advance of material needs to avoid delays

• Ensure work meets all safety, quality, and code standards

• Stay organized and proactive in all jobsite operations

Qualifications:

• Strong residential electrical background with field experience

• Proven leadership and foreman-level experience

• Ability to read plans and blueprints

• Experience leading small teams and managing daily work schedules

• Must have own tools, PPE, and reliable transportation
