CCS Construction Staffing is hiring HVAC Refrigeration Technicians and Apprentices for an active commercial refrigeration project in Austin, TX. This is a field-based role focused on refrigeration line installation, brazing, and system setup for rack, supermarket, and industrial refrigeration systems.

We’re looking for tradesmen who are skilled, safety-minded, and reliable. If you can’t commit to 40+ hours per week or follow safety standards, please do not apply.

Scope of Work:

• Perform brazing, soldering, and piping work on refrigeration lines (3/8” to 2-1/8”)

• Install and service commercial refrigeration systems: rack, supermarket, and industrial units

• Handle various refrigerants in compliance with environmental regulations

• Assist or lead field install, service, and troubleshooting of refrigeration components

Requirements:

• Verifiable HVAC or refrigeration field experience (technician or advanced apprentice)

• Strong knowledge of piping layout, safety procedures, and refrigerant handling

• Must have tools, full PPE, and reliable transportation

• Valid license with the ability to remain active and renewable (Texas-required)

• Must pass a background check and drug screening

• Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a team setting
