CCS Construction Staffing is seeking a dependable HVAC Service Technician for immediate work in Dothan, AL. We’re looking for skilled tradesmen who can diagnose, repair, and service a variety of HVAC systems in the field. The right candidate will be mechanically inclined, customer-focused, and capable of handling day-to-day service responsibilities independently.

Job Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems and equipment

• Install and service ductwork, fans, air handlers, heat pumps, etc.

• Complete daily logs and report work to supervisor or client

• Follow all job site safety procedures

• Provide excellent customer service

• Maintain a clean and safe work area

• Complete all work according to contract and site standards

• Perform scheduled maintenance and make necessary repairs

Requirements:

• HVAC and AC service experience

• Valid driver’s license

• Ability to work outdoors in all conditions (heat, humidity, dust, fumes)

• Basic mechanical understanding of HVAC systems

• Must pass a background check and drug screening

• Own tools and PPE preferred

• Reliable transportation
