CCS Construction Staffing is seeking Construction Laborers for a project in Sarasota, FL. This is a physically active role involving trenching and preparing underground piping routes. We are looking for dependable workers who are comfortable working outdoors and performing hands-on tasks.

If you have a strong work ethic, reliable transportation, and a willingness to learn — we want you on our team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Dig and maintain trenches for underground piping

• Handle and move materials to support the crew

• Maintain a clean and safe jobsite

• Follow safety protocols and crew instructions

Requirements:

• Previous construction or general labor experience

• Comfortable with physical work, including trenching and digging

• Basic PPE (safety vest, gloves, boots, glasses)

• Reliable transportation

• Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team
