CCS Construction Staffing is seeking a skilled Sheet Metal Mechanic for commercial HVAC work in Loxley, Alabama. This position will involve working on school job sites, so all applicants must be able to pass a background check. We’re looking for reliable tradesmen who can handle duct installation independently and work professionally in occupied or sensitive environments.

Job Responsibilities:

• Install and hang sheet metal duct systems per drawings and specs

• Read and interpret mechanical plans

• Seal, insulate, and support duct systems properly

• Work professionally and safely on school job sites

• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the project

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience with commercial HVAC duct installation

• Must be able to pass a background check

• Must have all hand tools, PPE, and reliable transportation

• Comfortable reading plans and working independently

• Must be drug-free while on site and able to commit to a full 40-hour workweek
