This is a long-term opportunity on a major project set to run through 2026. Please note: CCS does not offer on-the-job training. If you do not have prior electrical experience, please do not apply.

CCS Construction Staffing is proud to partner on Project Maverick #4090 in Cleburne, TX. We are looking to hire reliable and experienced Electricians, Apprentice Electricians, and Green Helpers to support all phases of this large-scale jobsite.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 3:45pm (OT as needed)
Orientation:

• English Speakers: Tuesdays & Thursdays

• Spanish Speakers: Mondays & Wednesdays

Job Duties Include:

• Electrical wiring and underground conduit installation

• Blueprint reading and jobsite layout

• Leading small groups and supporting Foreman-level tasks

• Installing switchgear, panels, lighting, and control systems

• MEWP Training must be completed before arrival onsite

• All PPE and tools required – report at 7:00am sharp

Note:
Candidates in a leadership role do not need to be licensed, but must have proven experience managing small groups and handling electrical work independently.

Pay Boost:
Due to the jobsite’s location, a $1/hr increase is available to assist with gas costs.
