POSITION DETAILS

Job Title: Commercial Plumber
Pay Rate: $25 - $30
Location: Miami, FL
Employment Type: Full-Time / Project-Based
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, with occasional weekends
Start Date: ASAP

SCOPE OF WORK

• Perform underground layout for commercial plumbing installations.
• Glue and install PVC piping for below-slab work.
• Complete plumbing work for a large new commercial building.
• Read and follow layout plans and installation requirements.
• Work independently and maintain consistent productivity.
• Follow site safety procedures and use required PPE.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 6 years of experience required.
• Must complete ladder and fall protection safety (CCS will provide).
• Commercial plumbing experience required.
• Underground and below-slab plumbing experience required.
• Ability to install PVC piping using appropriate methods.
• Reliable and able to work the required schedule, including occasional weekends.

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS

• Spanish-language communication skills.
• Experience working independently on large commercial construction projects.

PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• No specific educational credential was provided.
