POSITION DETAILS

Job Title: Electrician Helper
Pay Rate: $15 - $20 per hour
Location: Rockdale, Texas
Employment Type: Full-Time / Project-Based
Schedule: Four 10-hour shifts, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with a 30-minute lunch; overtime may be available
Start Date: ASAP
Per Diem: $40-$60 per day, based on location and eligibility

SCOPE OF WORK

• Pull electrical wire
• Open electrical boxes
• Drill holes for construction work
• Operate forklifts and elevated work platforms
• Follow site safety procedures and use required PPE
• Support electricians and other construction professionals

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 1 year of construction or related experience required.
• Must complete ladder and fall protection safety (CCS will provide).
• Ability to learn and perform basic electrical construction tasks
• Lift certification or experience operating scissor lifts, bucket lifts, or elevated work platforms preferred
• Reliable attendance and ability to work the required schedule
• Ability to communicate effectively in English; bilingual applicants are welcome
• Must wear required high-visibility safety apparel and a Type II hard hat

NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS

• Experience pulling wire or assisting with electrical installations
• Forklift operating experience
• Experience using hand and power tools

PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• High school education or construction-related training preferred
• At least 1 year of construction experience
