Job Title: Commercial Carpenters
Pay Rate: $25 - $32
Location: Hobe Sound, FL
Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: 7 AM to 3:30 PM
Start Date: ASAP

SCOPE OF WORK
• Build handrails and cover holes
• Assist with patio construction
• Perform general repair work, including screwing and cutting
• Supervise and instruct 1-2 laborers on basic tasks
• Follow safety procedures and use required PPE

REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum of 6 years of experience required
• Must complete ladder and fall protection safety (CCS will provide)
• Bilingual communication skills are highly preferred
• Reliable and able to work the scheduled hours
