POSITION DETAILS
Job Title: Journeyman Electricians - Foremen - Prevailing Wage
Pay Rate: $25 - $40
Location: Amarillo, Texas
Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: 7am-3:30pm, Mon-Fri
Start Date: ASAP
Per Diem: $100 per day

SCOPE OF WORK
• Conduct quality inspections for substation equipment and prepare test result documents
• Identify potential quality issues from review of construction documents
• Analyze upcoming tasks and anticipate equipment installation standards and checklist procedures
• Perform safety checks on job sites and ensure compliance with safety policies, LOTO procedures, OSHA, and customer-specific safety standards
• Participate in cross-functional teams to develop and refine organizational processes related to job site quality and commissioning
• Provide guidance to field employees, project supervisors, and management on job site quality and commissioning
• Conduct on-site coaching and employee development related to audits and jobs in crisis
• Develop relationships with team members to facilitate open dialogue and trust
• Clearly communicate vision, objectives, and tasks, delegating responsibilities appropriately
• Measure and monitor the work of team members, providing feedback and motivation

REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum of 5 years of experience required
• Must complete ladder and fall protection safety (CCS will provide)
• Experience leading a crew
• Safety standards knowledge
