POSITION DETAILS
Job Title: Commercial Carpenters
Pay Rate: $20 - $25
Location: Pineville, NC
Employment Type: Full-Time / Project-Based
Schedule: 8hr M-F
Start Date: ASAP

SCOPE OF WORK
• Assist in the installation of fire-rated doors, frames, operable walls, partitions, and other space management systems
• Learn to read blueprints, installation manuals, and construction drawings
• Support the Lead Installer in day-to-day tasks, material handling, and job site organization
• Ensure all work is completed safely, accurately, and efficiently
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum of 3 years of experience required
• Must complete ladder and fall protection safety (CCS will provide)
• Ability to travel regionally as needed
• Reliable and willing to support installation activities on different sites
