POSITION DETAILS
Job Title: Low Voltage Project Lead/ Crew Lead
Pay Range: $30-$50
Location: Haskell, TX
Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: 5 10s, starting at 6:30 AM
Start Date: ASAP
Per Diem: $140/day per diem; lodging and transportation provided

SCOPE OF WORK
• Oversee multiple structured cabling and fiber crews while coordinating daily field execution with the Superintendent and Project Manager
• Manage manpower planning, material coordination, production tracking, and progress reporting
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with project drawings and specifications
• Lead installation activities, enforce firestopping and code standards
• Coordinate subcontractors and supplemental labor as needed

REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum of 5 years of experience required in structured cabling and fiber installation leadership
• Must complete ladder and fall protection safety (CCS will provide)
• Relevant structured cabling/fiber field leadership experience
• Experience overseeing multiple crews or work areas
• Bilingual English/Spanish required
• OSHA 30 required
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and submittals
• Strong organizational and communication skills

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS
• BICSI certification(s)
• Fiber Optics certifications and/or advanced fiber expertise
• PMP certification
• Hyperscale/data center experience
• Mass fusion splicing and Tier 2 fiber testing experience
• Overhead pathway construction and rack/cabinet construction knowledge

Candidates should be prepared to document certifications, experience with data centers, fiber splicing/testing, blueprint reading, and resource allocation. Final pay rate will be determined by the client based on experience and qualifications.
