Job Title: SP DH Welding Super
Pay Rate: $40-$55 per hour

SCOPE OF WORK
• Lead welding foremen, craft professionals, and subcontractors, assigning daily tasks and monitoring productivity
• Enforce strict job site safety rules, conduct safety meetings, and ensure adherence to industry standards like AWS, ASME, and API
• Oversee weld inspections, non-destructive testing (NDT), and ensure compliance with welding procedure specifications
• Coordinate welding schedules with construction sequencing, manage material and consumable tracking, and resolve technical issues
• Lead hydronic piping crews on welding projects

REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum of 7 years of industrial welding experience
• Must complete ladder and fall protection safety (CCS will provide)
• 3+ years of relevant leadership or supervisory experience at one company
• Strong decision-making, conflict resolution, and communication skills
• Deep expertise in reading blueprints and technical drawings
• Preferred credentials include Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) or AWS Certified Welding Supervisor
