POSITION DETAILS
Job Title: Electrical Foreman/Superintendent
Pay Range: $35-$40
Location: Raleigh, NC
Employment Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire
Schedule: 5 8s+ (Monday-Friday, 7am start)
Start Date: ASAP

SCOPE OF WORK
• Lead and direct electrical crews including Mechanics, Helpers, and field personnel
• Assign daily work, communicate priorities, and manage manpower
• Plan electrical installations based on drawings and specifications
• Perform field layouts and ensure materials are ready in advance
• Oversee installation of panels, transformers, conduit, wiring, and electrical devices
• Coordinate work with other trades and address potential conflicts early
• Read, interpret, and coordinate electrical and project drawings
• Troubleshoot electrical systems and direct corrective actions
• Enforce safety protocols and utilize required PPE
• Maintain productivity, quality, and safety standards

REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum of 3 years of experience required
• Must complete ladder and fall protection safety (CCS will provide)
• Strong knowledge of commercial electrical installation methods
• Experience supervising electrical crews, including Mechanics and Helpers
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• OSHA 10 required
• NFPA 70E training required
• Reliable transportation and electrical hand tools required
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions
