POSITION DETAILS

Job Title: Commercial Plumbers
Pay Rate: $25 - $30
Location: Clemson, SC
Employment Type: Full-Time / Project-Based
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8–10 hour day shifts
Start Date: ASAP

SCOPE OF WORK

• Install underground/below-slab plumbing for new construction
• Perform rough-ins for DWV and water supply systems
• Set fixtures and complete finish work to code and plan
• Read and work from commercial plumbing blueprints
• Support commercial new-build plumbing tasks as assigned
• Maintain quality workmanship and jobsite cleanliness throughout the project

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 6 years of experience required
• Must complete ladder and fall protection safety (CCS will provide)
• Must have own plumbing tools
• Ability to install DWV, water supply piping, and set fixtures
• Ability to read and interpret commercial blueprints
