POSITION DETAILS

Job Title: Commercial HVAC Sheet Metal Top Helpers
Pay Rate: $20 - $25
Location: Clearwater, FL
Employment Type: Full-Time / Project-Based
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM start (5x8 schedule)
Start Date: ASAP

SCOPE OF WORK

• Support replacement of rooftop unit (RTU) and VAV units on a commercial project
• Perform HVAC sheet metal helper duties, including assisting with layout, fabrication support, and installation support
• Handle and stage materials, tools, and equipment to maintain workflow
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow site safety procedures
• Complete tasks efficiently while meeting schedule requirements

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 4 years of experience required
• Must complete ladder and fall protection safety (CCS will provide).
• Must present government-issued ID on site
• Must wear a plain shirt
