POSITION DETAILS

Job Title: Commercial Plumbers
Pay Rate: $30 - $45
Location: Waddell, AZ
Employment Type: Full-Time / Project-Based
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 5:00 AM start; 50-60 hours/week
Start Date: ASAP

SCOPE OF WORK

* Install commercial plumbing systems in new construction, tenant improvements, and retrofit environments
* Work with materials including cast iron, copper, and PVC
* Read and interpret blueprints to complete installations accurately
* Follow applicable plumbing codes and project requirements
* Operate specialized tools and equipment safely (including pipe threaders and grinders)

REQUIREMENTS

* Minimum of 4 years of experience required
* Must complete ladder and fall protection safety (CCS will provide)
* Knowledge of blueprint reading
* Working knowledge of plumbing codes
* Ability to safely use specialized plumbing tools and equipment
