Position Details
Job Title: HVAC Sheet Metal Foreman
Pay Rate: $34 - $37
Location: Austin, TX
Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 hours per day
Start Date: ASAP

Scope of Work

• Lead and manage multiple crews across different projects
• Read and interpret blueprints, including scaling prints for measurements
• Make accurate layouts for penetrations
• Attend weekly meetings with general contractors to discuss progress
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and safely
• Move throughout various job sites in Austin as projects progress

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience required
• Ability to interpret blueprints and scales
• Experience installing square and spiral ducts
• HVAC experience at a supervisory level
• Bilingual skills preferred to facilitate communication
• Proven supervisory experience in construction environments
