Position Details
Job Title: Apprentice Sheet Metal Mechanic
Pay Rate: $20 - $24
Location: Fort Worth, Texas
Employment Type: Full-Time, Project-Based
Schedule: 5 8's (Monday through Friday, 8-hour days)
Start Date: ASAP

Scope of Work

• Assist with basic ductwork installation in HVAC projects
• Work with crew to install heavy units and hanglined rectangular duct (10-foot to 5-foot sizes)
• Cut holes in ductwork as needed for proper fitting
• Follow safety protocols and wear all PPE required for site safety
• Support experienced sheet metal workers with various tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant sheet metal or HVAC experience required
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong understanding of ductwork installation and heavy unit handling
• All PPE required
