Position Details:
Job Title: Apprentice Plumber
Pay Rate: $18 - $24
Location: Indianapolis, IN
Employment Type: Full-Time / Project-Based
Schedule: Night shift, 5 - 8s (5 days per week, 8-hour shifts)
Start Date: 05/06/2026

Scope of Work

• Assist plumbers with digging holes for underground work

• Shovel and move concrete as needed

• Perform site cleanup and material handling

• Support rough in plumbing tasks

• Maintain clean and safe work areas

We are hiring Apprentice Plumbers with at least 2 years of experience who can stay productive and support crews on commercial plumbing projects.

Requirements

• Minimum at least 2 years of plumbing or construction experience

• Must have full PPE on site

• Ability to dig, shovel, and perform physical labor

• Ability to commit to at least 40 hours per week

• Ability to work in a team on a jobsite

• Remain drug free on the jobsite

• Reliable transportation
