Position Title: Pipefitting Superintendent
Location: San Antonio, TX

Overview:
We are seeking a Pipefitting Superintendent to lead field teams on commercial, education, municipal, and advanced industrial projects across the San Antonio region. This role demands strong leadership, organization, and technical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise pipefitting crews on schools, military facilities, hospitals, data centers, and municipal projects.

• Coordinate labor, materials, subcontractors, and inspections to maintain productivity and schedule.

• Interpret blueprints and specifications; ensure all piping work meets project and code requirements.

• Oversee system layout, installation, hydrotesting, and commissioning support.

• Conduct and document safety meetings; enforce jobsite safety programs.

• Work with GC, engineering, and project management teams to solve field issues.

• Provide accurate daily reporting and manpower forecasting.

• Train and mentor field personnel to support growth and performance.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of pipefitting experience with 3+ years in a leadership role.

• Strong knowledge of commercial, municipal, and DoD project environments.

• Proven ability to manage crews of 15–25 fitters.

• Strong understanding of piping systems, codes, layouts, and QA/QC practices.

• Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.

• Experience working in the San Antonio market preferred.
