Work Scope

Plumber will be working on commercial projects in Cleveland, OH.

Duties include:

• Underground rough-in plumbing

• Second rough plumbing

• Installing fixtures

• Demolition work as required

• Running water, waste, and vent piping

• Reading and interpreting blueprints

• Coordinating with other trades on site

• Maintaining productivity and jobsite safety standards

Commercial Plumber Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of commercial plumbing experience REQUIRED

• Strong experience in underground rough, second rough, and fixture installation

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints independently

• Must bring required plumbing hand tools

• Must have ALL PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, work boots)

• Must be able to pass any required background checks or drug screenings

• Reliable transportation required

• Professional attitude and strong work ethic
