Work Scope

Pipe Welder will be working on commercial piping systems in Concord, NC.

Duties include:

• Fitting and welding black carbon steel pipe

• Reading and interpreting isometric drawings and weld symbols

• Performing high-quality welds in accordance with project specifications

• Assisting with layout and fabrication of piping systems

• Maintaining productivity and strict jobsite safety standards

Commercial Pipe Welder Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of commercial pipe welding experience REQUIRED

• Strong experience fitting and welding black carbon steel pipe

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and isometric drawings

• Must bring required welding tools and hood

• Must have ALL PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, work boots)

• Must be able to pass any required background checks or drug screenings

• Reliable transportation required

• Professional attitude and strong work ethic
