Work Scope

Laborers will be working on commercial construction projects in Vicksburg, MS.

Duties include:

• Assisting with anything needed by the concrete crew

• Supporting concrete placement and finishing

• Helping with form setup and material handling

• Site cleanup and preparation

• Maintaining a safe and organized jobsite

General Laborer Requirements

• Construction experience preferred

• Concrete experience is ideal but not required

• Ability to follow direction and work as part of a crew

• Must be able to perform physical labor throughout the shift

• Must have ALL PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, work boots)

• Must be able to pass any required background checks or drug screenings

• Reliable transportation required

• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
