Work Scope Includes

Journeymen and Apprentices will be assisting with general commercial plumbing tasks, including:

• Soft soldering water lines to a professional, leak-free standard
• Setting plumbing fixtures
• Installing PVC piping
• Assisting with rough-in and installation tasks
• Moving materials and supporting plumbing crews
• Working from prints and direction on a ground-up school project
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and professional jobsite

Critical Skill Requirement

• MUST be able to properly soft solder copper water lines
• MUST bring a torch (any acceptable torch type)
• Workmanship must meet or exceed commercial standards
• No leaks, clean joints, and professional finish required

Journeyman Plumber Requirements

• Strong commercial plumbing experience
• Proven ability to solder copper water lines professionally
• Must have all required plumbing hand tools and torch
• Full PPE required (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, work boots)
• Reliable transportation
• Background check required (school project)

Apprentice Plumber Requirements

• Prior plumbing or mechanical experience preferred
• Comfortable assisting with soldering, PVC installs, and fixture setting
• Must bring basic tools and own torch
• Willingness to learn and follow direction
• Full PPE required
• Reliable transportation
• Background check required
