Work Scope
HVAC Mechanics will be working on a military base commercial HVAC project in Jacksonville, FL.

Duties include:

• Removing and reinstalling roof fans and HVAC units

• Performing roof duct work

• Assisting with system upgrades and equipment change-outs

• Working from mechanical drawings and jobsite direction

• Coordinating with other trades in a controlled-access environment

• Following all site safety and base compliance requirements

Commercial HVAC Mechanic Requirements

• Commercial HVAC experience required

• Experience working with rooftop units and fans

• Ability to perform roof duct installations

• Must be a U.S. Citizen (REQUIRED)

• Must meet military base badging requirements

• Ability to read and interpret mechanical prints

• Must bring all required HVAC hand tools

• Must have ALL PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, work boots)

• Must be able to pass required background checks and drug screenings

• Reliable transportation required

• Professional attitude and strong work ethic
