Work Scope
HVAC Mechanics will be working on a military base commercial HVAC project in Lake City, FL.

Duties include:

• Installing and servicing commercial HVAC systems

• Working from mechanical drawings and jobsite direction

• Coordinating with other trades in a controlled-access environment

• Following all site safety and base compliance requirements

• Maintaining quality workmanship and jobsite cleanliness

Commercial HVAC Mechanic Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of commercial HVAC experience REQUIRED

• Experience working on commercial or government projects preferred

• Ability to read and interpret mechanical prints

• Must meet military base badging requirements

• Must bring all required HVAC hand tools

• Must have ALL PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, work boots)

• Must be able to pass required background checks and drug screenings

• Reliable transportation required

• Professional attitude and strong work ethic
